And my normally low (think 110s over 60s) blood pressure, rose to 130/72.

Eeek! That is some hard core swelling! I hope you’re not spilling protein in your urine. My friend had feet like that at 34wks and was spilling, docs put her on strict bedrest. It could be time to stop working. Good luck!
Ok, sorry to say, but cankles are not good. Are you pitting? Have you checked for clonus? It’s really early, most don’t start symptoms till like 28weeks ish, but that has me concerned. Why am I telling you this? YOU of all people know this. Sorry, hon, just worried.
